I'll learn about the event details and content, ask questions about key themes, and let you know when I need to set up.
And then we'll sign the contract!
I want to ensure the titles are correct and I understand important content, themes & key words.
By plane, train or automobile, I'll get to your event space and set up my board or use wall space for the paper to create the maps. I'll have markers and refill inks ready, as well as tape, stickies, and whatever else need be.
I'll take visual notes on your keynotes, breakout sessions, plenaries, brainstorms, discussions... or whatever else you may need documented!
You can keep me in the background, off to the side, front and center on stage, or wherever else feels appropriate for your event. Participants love to ask me questions and are captivated by the visual creation coming to life throughout the event.
The speakers also love to see their words become art!
(Unless it's a top secret closed meeting! We can discuss confidentiality if that's the case.)
They'll post to social media, gaining awareness for your brand and event. It's also a fun backdrop for reminiscing the day.
I'll add in any additional notes, graphics, colors & pastels.
I'll take photos and Photoshop a digitized version of the final(s) for you to share & post.
I'll hand them over to you or ship them to you.
