I have worked with Hannah as a graphic recorder to support meetings for over 10 years. Clients who have not had the experience of watching their conversations transformed into an artistic artifact, are blown away by the beauty and power of images that are worth "a thousand words." The resulting "maps" are often used for communication and engagement of larger parts of the organization as vision, strategy and priorities are rolled out. It's so much more interesting to review than a PPT deck! There is a power of recollection that images evoke, making the retelling of conversations easier for leaders.
Additionally, Hannah has fantastic people skills, and her instant likability with client groups, creates trust with having her capture their meeting. She can listen to what they're saying and miraculously create an image or a phrase that takes hold in group discussions. They feel heard. We worked with a large team on their business challenges, vision and strategy. The Day One maps remained in the room for two more days, and the team repeatedly came back to a key image Hannah had captured to explain why they believed in a strategy moving forward. It became their work.
